Fell back - 2 miles in 15:14:59.
Ran this immediately after 1 hour of Aiki-Kempo training.
Still shouldn't have been that slow. I don't know what to say.
I even felt pretty good. First mile was 7:33, I guess that probably had a lot to do with it.
Anyway, overall I felt a lot better running. I think my endurance is definitely going up.

don't worry too much about day to day performance, especially if you haven't established precise goals for your session before hand. some days will suck, some days will feel great. that's how it works for everyone.
the true question that challenges the best coaches on the planet is how to make a good day...on the right day.
